7:29pm - Well it's time for another work session I think. I didn't finish tying the movement controls to the player object yet so I'm going to continue working on that.
7:54pm - I think there's an easier way to do what I've been trying to figure out, but I'd need to watch an hour long training vid and I don't want to do that right now. I'm going to take a little break and maybe come back to this when I'm feeling up to it again.
9:30pm - I ended up laying down with my laptop and watching the video. It turned out I only needed to watch the first half hour to get what I needed. Next I need to implement it in my game, but my eyes are messed up today and so I'm going to give it a pass until later.
