1:30pm - So I managed to sleep from midnight and a half to noon, so I should be good for my evening shift at work. I have about two and a half hours until I've got to get ready for work. I figure I'll use some of that time to work on my ECGJ3 game.

As I recall the next things I had to do involved adding player control. I also need to give the bike a top speed so it doesn't constantly speed up.

I should probably do that last thing first before I forget.

2:20pm - I finally managed to get the bike's acceleration under control. It accelerates fast at first then hits a soft cap around 30 velocity units, and speeds up much slower then.

He doesn't handle hills as well as he used to. So that's something...

Let's put in the jumps and air control and see what I can do with that.

2:47pm - So far it's working okay, though it takes a lot of force to get a good jump. Also the back wheel lifts off the ground too easily when going up ramps, so I'm going to simulate angular force turning the bike towards the back wheel. That happens in real bikes since more of the rider's weight is back there, so hopefully it'll look/work good.

3:21pm - Okay it took some doing but I've got the bike going towards the back wheel. It goes a little crazy in jumps but that's what the air control is for, so I'll code that next.

3:28pm - Okay now I'm kind of out of time, because I want to actually play a video game before work, not just make them. So I'll stop here and we'll see if I get any more work done after work (probably not).
