relee8:50pm - Today's been short but active. I got up at about 5pm and had my breakfast muffin and medications, and then I played Factorio for an hour and a half. I don't feel like I accomplished much in there but that game sucks up time pretty handily.
After that I decided to tweak my resume a bit, clean it up, and make a short version for printing single page copies. I went out to the Staples to see if I could have it printed up in their print shop, but they couldn't get my almost twenty year old USB Flash Drive to work with their systems. So I ended up getting a new flash drive while I was there. They're not very expensive after all and I think I'm due for a new one. This isn't the only new one I've bought since that old Lexar though, I also had a President's Choice branded one I got, but it didn't last and I don't think I have it anymore.
This new one is a Kingston DataTraveler 50 and it's compatable with all the things, so hopefully I can get my printing done tomorrow.
For now, well, I'm not sure what to do now. I still want to learn ASP.NET but I'm kind of sick of it for now, and I still want to do something productive. I think I'm going to check out the other two technologies I have listed in my Job Search file, Vue.js and Node.js. I already know a bit of Node so I'll focus on Vue.
9:17pm - I looked at the websites for Vue, Angular and React and so far I like Vue the best. I'm not sure any of them are the right techs for me to be focusing on though since they're primarily front-end web development and I'm more interested in server-side.
I wonder if I should just work on my games development, or even stop working for now and play games? Those are options too.
But I doubt there will be any game development companies at that first job fair.
9:25pm - I just checked the job fair site and registered, however I noticed that there were hardly any employers registered so far. I hope there's a good collection when I actually get to the fair.
9:30pm - Alright I think I'm going to use the washroom, change my clothes, and either play some video games or make one. I might work on Maple's Key. We'll see.
9:37pm - Yeah the more I think about it I don't want to do any more work right now. I'll close out this post for now.
