12:56am - Well, here I am again with my laptop on my belly, in bed, trying to brainstorm for my Bouncy Castle Game.
I'm having a hard time deciding on anything. Right now the problem is that I want to please everyone; an impossible task. Well, maybe not everyone everyone, but all of the people I'd like to please have different interests. I should really only seek to please myself and be happy when others like it too, but that's harder than it seems.
There's also the problem of sex and gender, especially in today's extra sensitive climate. I don't know how I want to handle that problem.
In a transformation game, you have to have a base form and know it, and that form has to change. How should I do it? Just double up the content for men and women and leave the rando genders out? Use some sort of build a body system like other popular text erogames do?
I don't know...
4:53pm - I fell asleep a few times. I'll post this anyways since I want to record the things I thought about. Mostly, I figure I'll go with a 'build yourself' start to the game, where you choose your gender, skin colour, hair colour, aproximate size, and whether you have each of a selection of body parts. So, that'll be interesting to play with.
