2:43am - Back to work at home for now. Gonna make these animations work right!
3:01am - Alright, I've got a player controller and I've got a tilemap level. What else do I need?
Well, a goal, obstacles, and enemies would be the main things I think.
4:19am - I took a bit of a break, looking at twitter and the news, but I'm getting back into it now.
I've got a door that opens and shuts, or it should anyways. I still need to have something to open it. It'll serve as the exit from each level.
I'm feeling a bit off now. Maybe I should stop for the day soon, or just take a more planned break. But first I want to make an animated torch sconce.
Ahh shoot the torch sconces looked like they'd animate but they're just reversed images. I could probably modify them to make an animated fire but I think I won't, too much extra work.
Well, the next thing I need to do is add a key that can open the door. Then I'll add enemies and obstacles, then sounds, and finally make some levels.
4:28am - But for now I need to take a break, and maybe for the night. For now I'm going to close up this work post and play a video game. We'll see if I get back to work sooner or later.
